FRIZZANTE

Produced according to Charmat method, this wine has a pale straw yellow colour with pale golden reflections.
With a lively and persistent perlage, it has an intense and harmonious fragrance.
Excellent as aperitif and an ideal wine between meals; it accompanies excellently light first course and dishes chiefly made of fish.
It should be consumed in its youth and served at a temperature of 8-10 °C.
