Made from grapes of “Bajosa” vineyard which is situated in Combai (450 mt high), this wine is appreciated for its fragrances of green apple and flowers.
Fermented without the skins with a delicate pressing, it can accompany first dishes, white meat and first courses.
It should be consumed in its youth ad served at a temperature of 10-12 °C.
