VALDOBBIADENE PROSECCO

SPUMANTE DRY
This is a wine of a shining straw yellow colour with a persistent and fine perlage. It is delicately fructified and it allows to distinguish apple scents, pear and citrus fruit that dissolve into the floral hint. It has a full and pleasantly soft taste. It deserves a tasting by itself or it accompanies perfectly every kind of dessert. It is excellent as aperitif. It should be served cool, at a temperature between 8°-10° C.
Colour: straw-coloured with “spuma tinta” and fine persistent perlage.
Grape variety: Prosecco 100%

Soil: hills-soil, clayey calcareous
Climate: Mediterranean
Exposure: towards south/south-west
Kind of rearing: modified “cappuccino”
Yield quintals of grapes/hectare: ca. 120 quintal
Primary fermentation: at monitored temperature
Ripening: 15th September – 10th October
Vinification: “in white”, (without skin) with a soft press and max yield of 70%.
Fermentation process: Charmat method
Alcoholic strength: minimum overall 11.50%
Packaging: Bottles of 0,75 lt.
Keep in a cool environment at a temperature not above the 15°.
It is the best to drink it within the year of production; however it should not be drunk after two years time.
