PECOE FRIZZANTE

It is obtained from grapes from the vineyard “Pecoe”, in Guia di Valdobbiadene. This wine is fermented by the Charmat method. It is light straw-coloured, with soft light gold reflections. It has a full and consistent perlage with a harmonic and intensive taste. It made “in white” (without skin), with a soft press of grapes. It is perfect as an aperitif and ideal as drink at any time. It perfectly accompanies first dishes (pasta dishes, etc. ) and fish dishes. It should be consumed when it is still a new wine and ideal when served at 8-10°C.

Vinification: ‘in bianco’, (without skin) with a soft press and max yield of 70%.

Alcoholic strength: minimum overall 11.50%
Packaging: Bottles of 0,75 lt.

Keep in a cool environment at a temperature not above the 15°.
It is the best to drink it in the year of production; however not after two years time.
