GRAPPA DI PROSECCO

It is obtained thought a slow distillation in bagn-marie of dregs of pressed grapes, cultivated in the area of D.O.C. Valdobbiadene. It has fruity aroma with hint of pear and green apple, which then they fall in something like the taste of almonds and walnut husk. At the palate it presents itself as dry, hot with a background slightly bitter. To be served chilled at a temperature of 12-14° C.

It is the best to drink it the year of production; otherwise you should not drink it after two years time.
