This wine is processed by the Charmat method. It is light straw-coloured, with soft light gold reflections. It has a full and consistent perlage with a harmonic and intensive taste. It made ‘in white’ (without skin), with a soft press of Prosecco grapes, which are picked up from the wineyards of Valdobbiadene. It is perfect as an aperitif and ideal as an glass at any time. It should be consumed young, and ideal when served at 8-10°C as an aperitif at any time of day.

Packaging: Bottles of 0,75 lt.
Keep in a cool environment at a temperature not above the 15°.
It is the best to drink it the year of production; otherwise you should not drink it after two years time.
