SPUMANTE EXTRA DRY

This is a wine of a shining straw yellow colour with a persistent and fine perlage. It is delicately fructified, and it allows us to distinguish apple scents, pear and citrus fruit that dissolve into the floral hint. Thanks to the perfect balance of sugars and acids, it is smooth but at the same time it tastes dry. It is made white by a soft press of Prosecco grapes, which are cultivated in Valdobbiadene. It becomes sparkling by the Charmat method. This wine is suitable for all the starters and egg-based dishes, and it elegantly accompanies fish-based dinners. It is also excellent as an aperitif. It is advisable to serve cool, at a temperature between 8°-10° C.

Vinification: in bianco’,(without skin) with a soft press and max yield of 70%.
Process : Charmat method
Alcoholic strength: minimum 11.00%
Packaging: Bottle of 0,75 lt.

Keep in a cool environment at a temperature not above the 15°.
It is the best to drink it within the year of production; however it should not be drunk after two years time.
