CROJ - Sur lie

It is a yellow straw-coloured wine with slight greenish reflections. It has a delicate scent, a decisive fragrance with a characteristic taste of green. It has a dry and sour taste of green apple with a pleasantly bitter aftertaste. It is made through a soft press of Verdisio grapes, which are cultivated exclusively in the Combai area. This wine can be appreciated at its best with starters, light dishes and risotto, but thanks to its dry bouquet it perfect with fish dishes and crustaceans. Ideal when served at 10° C.

Vinification: ‘in bianco’(without skin) with a soft press and max yield of 70%.

Packaging: Bottle of 0,75 lt.

Keep in a cool environment at a temperature not above the 15°.
It is the best to drink it within the year of production; however it should not be drunk after two years time.
