COLMEL SUR LIE
It is a pale yellow wine with a hint of gold. It has the particular characteristic which reminds us of the fragrance of the crust of bread. It is made through the traditional methods. It enhances the starters and accompanies in a perfect way, shellfish dishes, which are typical of Mediterranean cuisine. To taste at its best it should be served cold at the temperature between 10°-12° C. There is the possibility to find sediments at the bottom of the bottle, which demonstrate the natural fermentation process that take place in the bottle. Before serving, it is recommended to decant the wine into a carafe.
Colour: straw-coloured with greenish tints.

Area of production: Area D.O.C. di Valdobbiadene
Soil: hills-soil, clayey and calcareous
Climate: Mediterranean
Exposure: towards south/south-west
Ripening: 15th September – 10th October
Vinification: ‘in bianco’(without skin) with a soft press and max yield of 70%.
Process: in the bottle as a natural method
Alcoholic strength: minimum 11.00%
Packaging: Bottle of 0,75 lt.
Keep in a cool environment at a temperature not above the 15°.
It is the best to drink it within the year of production; however it should not be drunk after two years time.
