SPUMANTE DRY

Brilliant straw yellow wine with a fine and persistent perlage.
Elegantly fruity, it manifests scents of apple, pear and citruses with floral nuances.
The taste is full and pleasantly soft.
It can be taste on its own but it’s also a pleasant accompaniment to any kind of dessert.
Excellent as aperitif, it should be served cool at a temperature of 8-10 °C.

VINIFICATION: Fermentation without the skins with a delicate pressing and a maximum yield of 70%
PRIMARY FERMENTATION: At a controlled temperature
SECOND FERMENTATION: Charmat method
MINIMUM ALCOHOL CONTENT: 11,50 %
PACKAGING: Bottles 0.75 l.

Keep in a dark and cool place at a temperature below 15 °C.
To be consumed within the first year of production and not beyond 2 years after the production.
