Produced according to the Charmat method, this wine has a pale straw yellow colour with pale golden reflections.
With a lively and persistent perlage, it has an intense and harmonious fragrance.
Fermented without the skins with a delicate pressing of glera grapes originated from Valdobbiadene’s vineyards, this wine is excellent as aperitif and an ideal wine between meals; it accompanies excellently light first course and dishes chiefly made of fish.
It should be consumed in its youth ad served at a temperature of 8-10 °C.
