Brilliant straw yellow wine with a fine and persistent perlage.
Delicately fruity, it manifests scents of apple, pear and citruses with floral nuances.
Thanks to a perfect equilibrium of sugar and acidity, this wine is soft and dry at the same time.
Suitable to the whole range of light appetizers and dishes chiefly made of eggs, it can also accompany seafood dishes.
Excellent as aperitif, it should be served cool at a temperature of 8-10 °C.

Keep in a dark and cool place at a temperature below 15 °C.
