COLMEL

Straw yellow wine with pale golden reflections.
It’s a wine with really particular organoleptic features; with its tastes it reminds the fragrance of the crust of bread.
Fermented with traditional methods, this wine enhances appetizers and accompanies excellently dishes chiefly made of fish and shellfish, which are typical of mediterranean cooking.
Best enjoyed cool at 10-12 °C.
The possible presence of sediment in the bottle shows the natural process of fermentation occured in the bottle.
We recommend to decant the wine in a carafe before the tasting.
